Rafaël Leloup


Studied Composition in Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles (Grande Distinction) and in Conservatorio di Musica di Bologna, and received a second Major in Film Music Composition from New York University in 2010.


So far, has scored films from Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Spain, New York and Los Angeles, who have been screened around the world including Palm Springs, Downtown Los Angeles, Cannes IFF, and MoMA (NYC). Rafaël is curently working as Composer and Creative Music Producer in New York.


Twice awarded Prix du Patrimoine du Conservatoire de Bruxelles and Prix de la Fondation belge de la Vocation before moving to New York where he received an ASCAP scholarship for participating in the NYU/ASCAP Film Scoring Workshop in 2010. He has recently been selected as "Emerging Talent" at Manhattan Producers Alliance.
