Personal Profile

Sarah Chang

Sarah Chang is a Korean American actress, writer and filmmaker living in Los Angeles, CA. She used to work in new media watching other people make stuff and eventually realized life was not about watching other people make stuff but to do it herself and finding fun people to do it with.

As an actress, she's worked with Oscar winning director Chris Tashima in the Regional Emmy nominated film "Day of Independence", played Korean film star Daniel Henney's sister in "My Father", and recently made an appearance in Jill Soloway's Amazon show "Transparent". You might have also caught a glimpse of her on TV in various national commercial campaigns, including a handful with legendary DGA Lifetime Achievement award winning director Joe Pytka. She also currently produces and stars in the web series "Booked", a show slated to be released on Cast It Talent's proprietary online platform.

Sarah loves funny stories and dancing: ballet, modern, and a little burlesque just to keep things interesting. Being a rather complex human being, she also loves stories that make her cry. She loves to travel and see the world in order to meet new people and get to know their stories.
