Eleutherios Kakathimis

Eleutherios Kakathimis started writing scripts, stories and ideas in 1999, when he was 15 years old, before he even knew what he was getting into, it was a path to discovering and exploring fictional worlds.

He studied Audio Visual Communication at Frederick Institute of Technology in Cyprus and graduated in 2006, at that period he started making experimental and narrative short films.

He has worked at various local TV stations and Production Companies as a director, editor, graphics animator and camera operator.

In 2010 he self funded his first feature film "Paramnesia," and in 2012 continued making short films and writing scripts.

As he always likes to try new things, in early 2013 he developed and wrote his first stage play which he then directed and was successfully put on over five shows during July in the two major cities of Cyprus.
