Kaustubh Bankapure

Kaustubh is a theatre practitioner and presently working as a Faculty for Applied Theatre with the Flame School of Performing Arts, Pune, India. He also runs an organization ‘acme communications’ to undertake various events in performing arts and visual arts in a capacity of Founder Director. He completed his MA in Applied Theatre from The Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London after he did his Masters in commerce from University of Pune, India. He is involved in Theatre since childhood and received several awards for acting and direction. Apart from theatre he possesses his interest in film making as well. Till the date he has worked with various renowned organizations including Film and Television Institute of India, Spectrum, Contact Theatre Manchester, London International Festival of Theatre, National Youth Orchestra and BBC, UK. Paytaan is his first film as a director.
