Anna Feder

Ms Feder holds a B.A. in Film Analysis and Technique and is currently completing her MFA in film production from Boston University (expected September 2010). She has been working on film festivals in various capacities for over a decade and is currently the director of the Boston Underground Film Festival and co-director of the Black Rock City Film Festival, which will be launching their inaugural season in the Nevada desert at Burning Man this summer. She been with BUFF for the past seven years, revitalizing the festival and bringing it to it's current home, the Kendall Landmark Theater. She also serves as the program coordinator in the Visual Media Arts department at Emerson, coordinating events and helping students get their work out into the world. In addition, she works the Creative Mind Group with sponsorship acquisition and advising students in the Cannes internship program. She serves on the board of Press Pass TV and Women in Film and Video New England.
