The Spirit of Thunderbird

Cowgirl filmmaker documents her adventures in red rock country Utah. She explores Parowan Gap petroglyphs, meets Bud the free-flying golden eagle at the Southwest Wildlife Foundation, learns to cook with a dutch oven and makes new friends at Thunderbird International Film Festival.

Film notes

Bud was the only golden eagle in North America used for educational programs that was allowed to fly free, to soar and to hunt. He passed away after this film was completed.
