Short Film Profile


Nazeeya, a 24 year old immigrant girl from the Caucasus have one day to find a man to marry in Estonia, before her devout muslim grandfather, Jassim, marries her away to a friend in the village they're from. She befriends a train conductor named Mihkel, whom agrees to help her escape. Just when everything seems to be going her way, her little brother, Emir, becomes the biggest obstacle in her path to freedom.
