Kfarmatta, village interdit

Kfarmatta, a Lebanese village was forbidden to a big part of it’s inhabitants, who were displaced for 25 years.

Film notes

It’s my grandma’s village that I only knew through pictures and family memories. Forbidden, or imaginary village, my grandma could never see it again during her lifetime. In this documentary, I discover Kfarmatta, looking for my grandma’s house, and what’s left from her village.
