Antonio De Palo
Antonio De Palo graduated in Communication Studies at the University of Bari in 2007 with a thesis intitled “The Philosophy of Death in the Japan Fiction Film.” After his graduation, he attended the Master in Filmmaking and Directing at the European Film and Television Academy “Rosebud” in Rome, with the supervision of film director Giuseppe Ferrara. His first short film is “The Children Have Eyes”, realized with the sponsorship of the city of Terracina, the University of Bari, and the participation of relevant personalities as Giancarlo Santi (Sergio leone and Marco Ferreri’s Assistant Director and director himself of “Il grande duello”). He worked as Assistant director for several short and feature-lenght films, from “Workers of the Sea”, a short movie directed by Domenico de Ceglia, to “Il primo Incarico” directed by Giorgia Cecere, “Da che parte stai” by Pierluigi Ferrandini and “Corti di primavera” with Dario Jurilli.
