David del Águila
David del Águila was born in Almería in 1973 and studied Information Sciences, specializing in visual arts in Valencia. He joined a publicity firm in March of 2002 as creative consultant and director. With another partner, he began 29 Letras, a production company specialized in short films and documentary production in August of 2005. To date, he has written and produced two short films. The first of which is titled La llamada ( The Call) and shot in 35 millimeter and earned 16 awards from several Spanish festivals and the second titled Desconocidos (Strangers) in 35 millimeter has earned 34 national and international awards. In the area of publicity, the public service announcement Denúncialo (Report It) won in 2003 the National Award for Nonviolence by the Ministry of Labor and Social Matters.
