Rebecca Roberts-Wolfe

Rebecca had her first encounter with Saharawi culture in May of 2008 when she visited Tifariti, a city in the liberated zone of Western Sahara. Since then she has kept in contact with numerous Saharawi friends and closely followed events related to Western Sahara. She created this project in order to help amplify Saharawi voices in other parts of the world. Her primary interest and work experience is in
agriculture, although she has also worked in numerous other fields, including film, administration, the non-profit sector, and education. She currently manages an organic farm for an internationally allied non-profit organization. This organization aims to support traditional cultural practices from indigenous nations.
