Louis Aubert was born in Lyon (France) in 1986. Graduated with a Master in Film Studies, he worked at the same time as stage manager and assistant director for the film and television productions of the Lyon region. In 2007, fascinated by Lars Von trier and the scandinavian cinema he decides to live a year in Denmark to follow international film studies in Copenhagen. It's when he goes back home, in 2008, that he joins Prémisses, french pool of young scriptwriters and began writing, resulting several projects selected in festivals. In 2010 he enters the Conservatoire Européen d’Écriture Audiovisuelle of Paris, a state school specialised in scriptwriting where he’s now in his last year before graduation. But writing was finally not enough… so in 2011 he directed « Château Mouton Rothschild », a short film with Jacques Boudet and Laura Ouakil, produced by Satourne Productions.
