John Graham

John Graham is a Canadian multi-disciplinary artist who was born in Montreal. John has studied and practiced architecture and visual art. He now balances a busy visual art practice as well as teaching in Canada, the USA and Australia. He has been invited to numerable artist residencies, and has been the recipient of many awards, grants, fellowships and prizes. His artworks in print media, artist books, drawing, painting, and installation have been widely exhibited and collected. Relatively new to independent filmmaking, John has found that his surrealist tendencies and his kinetic ideas can be dynamically expressed in short film. 'Move' represents the most elaborate art project that he has achieved to date.
