Tama Tu wins Best Short Film in Stockholm

The Stockholm International Film Festival has awarded Best Short Film to Sons of Tu (Tama Tu), directed by New Zealander Taika Waititi. The jury commented that the film, "... in eighteen minutes develops more story, builds more characters and creates more human emotion than most feature films ever hope to do in two hours."

Taika Waititi's previous short film, Two Cars, One Night, won at least 8 major festival awards.
