Australia's IF Awards announced

At the IF (Inside Film) Awards ceremony on 23 November, the following short film awards were announced, as voted by the Australian public at festival screenings during the previous year:

• Best Short Film

  Director: Warwick Thornton
• Best Animation
  The Mysterious Geographic Explorations of Jasper Morello
  Director: Anthony Lucas
• Best Short Documentary
  Sentences
  Director: Sascha Ettinger-Epstein
