One day, Jeff finds an old bowler hat in an antique shop. The hat once belonged to an old extravagant gentleman, a keeper of the small post-industrial town’s true history. When Jeff takes the hat in use, he sees phantoms from the town’s glorious days. These visions help Jeff to reveal his own personality.
