Sympatiaa Kreivi Draculalle

When one night the impoverished Count Dracula runs out of blood, he is forced to seek nutrition within the means of the Finnish welfare society. When bureaucracy fails, despair takes hold and the journey to the rock bottom of society begins, Dracula has to face a more fundamental problem: Why bother to keep on living?

Film notes

For me the vampire is a metaphor of loneliness. It has nothing to do with the supernatural, magical or religious. Our society is full of vampires.
