The Letter
Synopsis
After spending nearly three years as a partisan fighter in the wilderness Stepan is heavily wounded and rescued by advancing regular army in the bitter spring of 1944. Healed and sent home, the battle for Stepan is hardly over. A new, different battle will only just begin.
