In the 1930s, a man named Laszlo Serres fled from poverty from Hungary to Bohemia with his love one. He was hoping, that as a music composer, he would find a better pay there. But the crisis spread everywhere and he was not able to keep them up with his music. When his love eventually left him, in his grief Laszlo wrote a song that hit the entire world. Szomorú Vasárnap – The Suicide Song.
A mysterious tale, whose plot is based on the story of Gloomy Sunday, a song called also The Suicide Song. The movie takes place in two time periods.
