By definition, a pause is some kind of time-out, a break between two actions. And, what happens when two workers in some factory (who are often on permanent break) realise that it's time for lunch. In their lunch break, The Manager shows up to introduce them to a new worker, The Frenchman. The newcomer starts working hard and ambitiously, but his only intention is to impress his new colegues. Soon after, he realises that only way to get in touch with them is to be like them.
What is a result of mixing two lazy workers, a random factory and a foreigner as a new worker? This is a comedy about anything but the stereotypes.
