A boy is driving at crazy speed on a highway with an injured girl by his side. Who or what are they running away from? How is the ring of a mobile phone going to change their lives forever?

MyShoes aims at mixing the fast paced language of thriller movies with the sweet-sour tones of a true melodramatic fiction. This results in a definitively over paced blend, both ironically Western and with a touch of grotesque romanticism. Clinging on the point of view of the main characters, the claustrophobic version of a breath-taking chase here keeps on hold all the time. By dragging to an extreme the situation into which all the characters are immersed, it was possible to create a distorted yet authentic vision of a terrifying moment in time.
