Dreamscape meets brutal reality. A young single career girl wishes for a normal life. However. She suffers from chronic bi-polar disorder which terrifies her to the edge of insanity and makes her a prisoner in her own home.As the line between reality and subconscious blurs, she is driven to violence to bring her world back to normality. Graphic. Disturbing. Surreal. The space between feeling everything and feeling nothing.
This film was made for next to no money. Yet we managed to pull off greenscreen and Henson-style puppetry to achieve the more surreal of its imagery. The film was improvisational and experimental to make and depicts a subject matter close to John's heart.
