A family is eagerly waiting for a phone call from which they will know a request, an amount of money and also father's fate.

I wrote the first version in 2002 and then it took 6 year to come to light! Many nice coincidences drove this shortfilm path, among them the same theme in Danny Boyle's screening film. The preproduction and casting lasted 1 week and we shot it during two days in my grandparents' home just a couple of week before it was sold. I divided the film in two different scale: a still theatrical total for the suspence part and fast close-ups for action part.

I also work as an architect and this is my first shortfilm made with professional cast and crew.
