WorldFest Houston offers Intl competition in many categories, to include Short Films, Features, Student, Experimental, Music Video, Documentary, New Media, TV Commercials, TV Production and Screenplays. Remi Awards and cash grants are made to winning films. All selected films receive support with complimentary VIP Festival Passes, special room discounts and more. The Remi Award is named after the great western Artist Frederick Remington, who captured the spirit of Texas and the American West.
