Cyprus International Short Film Festival seeks its Best Fiction and Best Experimental films in the competitive category. Fictions of maximum length of 30 minutes and experimentals of maximum length of 15 minutes.

In the broadest respect; CISFF aims to promote fiction and experimental short films produced in an amateur or professional manner, and by doing this, to support new and innovative ideas in film and to give young film makers an opportunity to exhibit their talents.
