Every year, the festival presents between 250 and 300 short films from around the world. More than 120 screenings of 30 different compilations are organised in Arts Centre STUK, in 5 venues.
The festival organises a big Flemish and a European short film competition and a series of non-competitive programmes, such as the Comedy Shorts, the Focus on Swedish Shorts, Animation Nations a.o.
