We want your short films, animations, powerpoints, youtubes, filmed standup, woteva - if it's funny & can fit in a DVD player, we'll take it & play the 20 best over 2 nights. Amateurish productions and ill-conceived ambition encouraged.
At the end of the screening, The Public Speaks, as the official Festival Clap-o-meter measures audience reaction to award the coveted Golden Betamax & $500.
