Kinofilm: Manchester European Short Film Festival

Kinofilm invites submissions from all over Europe including former Eastern Europe/Baltics States. Though mainly a European focus, the festival includes a Panorama of International shorts and welcomes a limited number of Award-winning short film entries from non-European countries.

The festival include a sidebar of first features from filmmakers that have successfully made the transition from short to feature or that have entered the industry from other sectors of the Creative Industries.
