Chicago International Film Festival

The short films that exhibit the highest level of excellence are included in the Short Film Competition, judged by a panel of local film professionals. The winner of the Short Film Competition is eligible to be considered by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences for the Academy Award®.
