The On & Off 4 Short Films creative Festival is an event dedicated to short films and takes place in Ribadeo.
After three successful editions the organisers want to take a step forward and for the first time the festival is open to the rest of the world.

The participation in this Festival is open to all the producers and filmmakers; they may enter as many films as they wish.
The criteria of selection will be the quality and originality of the short films and never the original format.
The short films will be presented in original version. The non Galician or Spanish spoken language short films should have at least English subtitles.
